What you’ll do
The Account Executive drives new business growth by helping global enterprises adopt AI-powered multilingual communication solutions. They manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution design (in cooperation with the solution engineers) and close, partnering with customers to build and maintain AI translation workflows.
Responsibilities:
Driving enterprise sales growth across the Americas.
Uncovering new business opportunities through active prospecting, networking, research, and cold outreach
Expanding current active accounts via upselling and cross-selling
Progress and convert inbound leads
Participating in industry events to create and nurture prospective relationships
Working closely with the VP of Global Sales to formulate and execute company growth strategies
Job requirements
Required:
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in enterprise SaaS sales
A ‘hunter’ mentality with a strong ability to close deals
Proven experience with standard sales automation tools
Ability to creatively leverage AI in the sales process
Expert user of email, LinkedIn, & phone in the outbound sales process.
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience in the localization industry
The expected base salary range for this role is $ 100,000–$125k USD per year, depending on experience, with potential commission based on performance. We also provide health benefits and potential for equity participation.
