About the role:
As a Customer Implementation Project Manager at Intento, you will lead enterprise customers through the onboarding journey from kickoff to First Value delivery, and continue to manage ongoing AI and linguistic maintenance projects throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll be working at the intersection of AI language technology, enterprise localization, and complex stakeholder management, running projects that directly determine how quickly and confidently new customers realize the value of Intento's platform — and how well that value holds up over time.
This is a fully remote position. We ask that the candidate maintain core availability between 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST to support client-facing and internal communication.
Responsibilities:
Lead implementation projects for enterprise customers from Sales handover through First Value delivery and project close
Serve as a primary point of contact and source of customer reference for onboarding and one-off projects related to linguistic AI-driven setups
Build and maintain structured project plans, keep the documentation up to date and stakeholders informed throughout the project
Coordinate across Intento's internal teams — Solutions, AI Curation, Support, Product — to manage dependencies and keep delivery on track
Be the customer's primary point of contact for all implementation-related communication; send clear, timely updates and follow up after every meeting with documented action items
Actively monitor active projects for risks at regular intervals; escalate issues to the right internal stakeholders promptly and in the right format
Manage project scope against the contract and SOW; communicate what is and isn't included clearly to the customer, and flag scope creep appropriately

Job requirements
We are looking for:
2+ years in a customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or project management role at a B2B SaaS company
Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent projects with external clients
Experience in managing cross-team communication
Working knowledge of the localization industry and/or machine translation technology
Comfortable working in technically complex environments, with experience on projects involving software integrations, APIs, or data-heavy workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Familiarity with project tracking tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, or equivalent)
